I’ve done a log on RAD 140 and I have to tell you that this stuff is strong.
I would even go as far as to advice you not to stack it if you’re still a newbie to SARMs.
It’s powerful enough on its own and the effects might overwhelm you if you stack it with anything else, even something considered to be mild like Ostarine.
Many people make the mistake of underestimating the effects of RAD 140 and end up being forced to abandon their cycle midway.

TogglePractices to Avoid When Stacking RAD 140
The first thing to keep in mind is to not forgo having a PCT supplement nearby, in case you experience something more than mild suppression while on a RAD 140 stack.
A lot of bodybuilders like to skip PCT and I’m one of them since I don’t like the side effects of SERMs, but sometimes, they are necessary.
Another thing to avoid is to stack RAD 140 with SARMs that are suppressive in their nature.
For example, I’ve read logs where people stacked YK11 and RAD 140, wondering why they went into a complete shutdown four weeks into their cycle.
This is your body we’re talking about here and you should be conscious of the fact that stacking two highly suppressive SARMs can only lead to disaster.
Besides YK11, avoid Ligandrol and S23.
Many people don’t know this, but Ligandrol, as innocent as it seems, actually is one of the most suppressive compounds out there, if we measure suppression on a mg to mg basis.
I would rather take 10mgs of YK11 than 10mgs of Ligandrol any day of the month.
The last thing to avoid is extending your cycles above the eight-week mark. It won’t do you any good, your muscle gains will be miniscule and you risk having to do PCT.
RAD 140 Stack For Cutting
I recommend Ostarine and Testolone for eight weeks while on a cut.
The Ostarine will ensure that your bones are strong enough to handle the new muscle you’ll build from RAD 140 and it will induce weight and fat loss, while RAD 140 will do its magic by bestowing you with a ton of power, which will help you lift more and gain more muscle mass, even while on a caloric deficit.
Don’t expect to gain too much muscle mass, around three to four pounds should be doable in eight weeks. However, you will lose a ton of fat. Most people lose around 5% of their total body fat and around ten pounds of weight.
Take 10mgs of Ostarine and 5mgs of Testolone during the entire length of your cycle.
If you start feeling suppressed at any point during your cycle, lower your Ostarine intake by 5 mgs. As crazy as it sounds, Ostarine is in fact suppressive and shouldn’t be underestimated.
Have Nolvadex prepared on the off chance of you experiencing strong suppression, but it shouldn’t happen if you follow my guidelines.
Still, it’s better to be safe than sorry.
RAD 140 Stack For Bulking
I recommend MK 677 coupled with RAD 140 for a bulking cycle.
The reason why we’re including Ibutamoren in this stack is because it has a very useful ‘side effect’, increased hunger.
If it’s too hard on you to find the appetite to eat, MK 677 will help you out in that quest.
I usually have a tough time eating all of my calories, but on Ibutamoren, I eat everything on my plate and then some more.
Take both of these compounds for eight weeks and in the following dosages: 5mgs of RAD 140 and 10mgs of MK 677.
You can expect to gain around ten pounds of raw muscle in this time period and around 15 pounds of weight. You shouldn’t be gaining or losing any fat. Look forward to breaking most of your personal bests!
PCT shouldn’t be needed after this stack, your body will recover naturally, but still, have it nearby in preparation for the worst-case scenario.
RAD 140 Stack For Body Recomping
A note of caution: Don’t attempt to do this stack if you’re not well-versed into the world of SARMs and compounds usually stacked with them.
I recommend Stenabolic, Andarine and RAD 140 in a stack for body recomping.
Stenabolic will help you sleep better and give you the endurance needed to train hard in the gym, which is required if you want to completely change your body composition.
Andarine serves to enhance our recovery times. We need to be in the gym at least five days a week in order to successfully body recomp.
Lastly, RAD 140 will give us the strength and muscle mass necessary to achieve a sturdy, shredded look.
Take 25mgs of Andarine in the morning and another twenty-five in the afternoon. The reason why we’re doing this is because Andarine has a short half-life of just eight hours. In combination with that, imbue 5mgs of RAD 140 and 30mgs of Stenabolic separated into three dosages of 10 mgs a day. Stenabolic also has a very short half-life of just four to six hours, so we have to accommodate for that.
The way I do it is by taking 25mgs of Andarine, 5mgs of RAD 140 and 10mgs of Stenabolic in the morning before going to the gym, 10mgs of Stenabolic just before lunch time and 25mgs of Andarine and another 10mgs of Stenabolic at around 5pm.
The reason why we aren’t taking any Stenabolic at night is because of the increased wakefulness it can cause in some users.
As you can see, this stack requires A LOT of dedication, so don’t even attempt to do it unless you have a lot of free time on your hands and are unwavering in your resolve.
Run this stack for eight weeks and you’ll achieve marvelous results.
You will gain muscle, lose weight, fat and have a much more defined body. Your back, shoulders and legs will be a lot more pronounced and you will feel on top of the world.
Finally, you will most likely not need PCT for this cycle but have some Nolvadex nearby just in case.
RAD 140 Stack For Strength
RAD 140 is the perfect SARM for strength and I usually wouldn’t stack it if strength was my only goal, but for those that want that extra push while on a RAD 140 cycle, I have something great in store for you.
Stack RAD 140 with Cardarine and you’ll be in seventh heaven.
The Cardarine is there to give you the extra endurance needed to build more strength and it works perfectly well with RAD 140.
Take 5mgs of RAD 140 and 10mgs of Cardarine for eight weeks. Imbue both of these compounds early in the morning or one hour before heading to the gym.
As expected, you will gain a lot of strength and muscle, most will break some of their personal bests while on this stack.
It’s very likely that you won’t need PCT, as your body will be able to recover naturally from the suppressive effects of RAD 140.
