His Ostarine dosage was quite big (30mg a day), he would have actually achieved the same results with a 15mg a day of Ostarine because it would be 90% as effective as the 30mg dosage.

My Cardarine results
Now let’s go over my personal GW 50156 before and after results.
I did multiple cycles of Cardarine before, stacked with Ostarine, as well as a GW 50156 only cycle. Because this is an article about Cardarine before and after, I will be talking about my GW 50156 only cycle as it didn’t have any help from SARMs or other compounds.
This is how my cycle looked:

I wanted to cut and go down to 10-12% body fat over the course of this cycle. Also, I didn’t want to lose any of my muscle so I was eating maintenance calories. Cardarine allows you to burn calories even when eating maintenance calories which basically means that you will lose fat and not lose any muscle mass.
I could have added Ostarine to the cycle and then I wouldn’t have to worry about eating enough because the Ostarine would make me keep all my muscle mass. But I decided that I wanted to try out only cycling Cardarine.
My review – Endurance
The first thing I noticed was an instant major increase in endurance. It felt like I could run forever and never get winded, exactly like other people report as well. I probably got a 60% increase in endurance, before I could run for 5 miles and I would be tired.
I experienced this increase in endurance about 20 minutes after the first dosage. It lasted throughout the whole cycle and I even managed to keep some of that endurance after the cycle was over by doing cardio frequently.
I feel like the endurance increase is comparable to Stenabolic, perhaps Stenabolic is a bit better when it comes to the endurance increase.
My review – Fat loss
This was the goal of my cycle, to go down to 10-12% body fat. My starting point was about 17% bodyfat. The cycle helped me to successfully reach this goal, ending up at about 10-12% body fat as I planned.
I kept trained at least 4 times a week and kept an eye on my diet, so keep that in mind.
At about the second week into the cycle, I started noticing the fat loss. After that, I was losing fat and looking better week after week.
In my opinion, Cardarine is a great compound to fat loss and is comparable to Stenabolic. For me, Stenabolic is better because it has anti-anxiety properties and because of that keeps me in a good mood all the time. This allows me to train harder. But hey, this is just me, perhaps for you, Cardarine would be better.
When does GW 50156 kick in
Now let’s get over when does Cardarine actually kick in and when can you expect to see results when it comes to the endurance increase and fat loss.
You should definitely see a big increase in endurance in about an hour after the first dosage. It will be obvious when you go for a run. This is also a really nice way for you to realize that the product is actually real Cardarine. If you see an increased endurance in the first day, you can probably assume that your product is real.
Keep in mind, you won’t notice this effect fully if you won’t be doing any cardio. You will be able to notice it in the gym as well, by not needing as much time between sets to rest as before.
I, and most other people, actually see the increased endurance as soon as 20 minutes after the first dosage. After that, it lasts for the whole cycle and gradually goes down a few weeks after the cycle. You can even keep most of the endurance by doing a lot of endurance training after the cycle.
Most people see the fat loss results starting in about 10-14 days into their Cardarine cycle.
Keep in mind, endurance will be noticed instantly. Fat loss, on the other hand, will be visible in about 2 weeks. It completely depends on your training and diet as well.
If you train hard and keep an eye on your diet, you can expect amazing results in a few weeks. I and most other people noticed visible fat loss at about the second week.
