How To Take Liquid SARMs – The Definitive Guide

Liquid SARMs can be imbued in three ways: Orally, sublingually and intravenously (requires a special type of SARMs). Since I’ve already written a guide on injectable SARMs, I won’t bother going over it again.
How To Take Liquid SARMs

By the end of this post, you’ll know exactly how to take liquid SARMs. Let’s jump right in!

Taking SARMs orally

If you’re taking liquid SARMs orally, it means that you’re doing it through the mouth.

Just remember to properly measure out your dosage with an eye dropper or syringe, whatever suits you best.

Many people like to make a science out of it, but simply drinking the liquid SARMs and following them up with a chaser like coffee, orange or grapefruit juice is enough to do the job. It will also help with the strong taste of liquid SARMs.

You’ll have to drink at least two to three glasses of juice/coffee to get the taste completely out of your mouth.

A good technique newbies can practice is holding ones breath while putting the liquid inside of your mouth and swallowing, as some people really can’t handle the smell.

Also, have fresh mints nearby, as the odor can linger long after you’ve taken your liquid SARMs.

Some people also like to put it on something that absorbs the liquid, like a piece of bread, and then eat it. I wouldn’t recommend you do this, as it is easy to screw things up and not get your full dosage.

Also, do not get the idea of mixing the liquid with water and then consuming it, as you might miss out on some of the dosage.

A note of caution, the worst taste you’ll ever experience comes from liquid MK-677, and while getting used to it, you’ll be feeling it for hours after you’ve taken your dosage. Take my word for it, it makes something like Ostarine taste like sugar in comparison. Try to hit the back of your throat (avoiding the tongue) while administering your MK-677, that way you can bypass the strong taste.

Taking SARMs sublingually

Now that we have a good idea on how to take SARMs orally, it’s time to elevate things onto a higher level, we’ll now learn how to consume them sublingually.

I personally think that taking liquid SARMs this way is the best method of administering them, as it increases bioavailability and provides one with faster absorption times. Also, with substances like Stenabolic, you don’t have much of a choice.

The reason behind that is quite simple, as under your tongue, arteries are located that connect directly to the blood stream, which means that you’re completely avoiding the presystemic metabolism while ingesting the liquid sublingually.

The way to do it is quite easy, simply put the liquid under your tongue using an eye dropper or syringe, hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and then you may proceed to swallow.

The one drawback of this method is that you can’t really avoid the foul taste in any way. My advice is to just toughen it up and think of all the extra gains you’ll net if you can hold it out for just 10 seconds. It gets a lot easier with time and your taste buds get used to it, only the first few times present a problem.

Conclusion

That sums it up when it comes to taking liquid SARMs. It’s really not difficult and you’ll get used to the smell and taste in a couple of weeks.

Liquid SARMs are a lot easier to measure out and you can get a lot more out of them if you consume them sublingually.
