Not only that but SARMs are also illegal to possess without a doctor’s prescription. The penalties are usually very mild, they are different in each state and territory. The maximum penalty, however, is 6 months of prison sentence (in New South Wales).
Buy and use them at your own risk. So far, however, I haven’t heard about many people getting in trouble for the use of SARMs in Australia. I have even seen major Australian fitness influencers take SARMs LIVE on Instagram.
Supplying or selling SARMs, however, is much more serious. Let’s go over that.
Supplying SARMs in Australia
In Australia, selling and supplying SARMs is a very serious of an offence, if you don’t have the right permissions. Way more serious than simply buying and using them.
The penalty for supplying SARMs in Australia is a fine of up to $1 million and up to 5 years of prison sentence.
Because of this, the TGA is cracking down on supplement stores and gyms where SARMs are frequently sold.
One thing is for certain, don’t try to sell SARMs in Australia if you don’t have the permission to do that.
Very few companies can actually legally import SARMs into Australia. Normal supplement stores or gyms in Australia aren’t allowed to sell SARMs. The companies that I recommended, however, can ship to Australia.
Competitive Sports
In Australia, all SARMs are prohibited for professional athletes because of the unfair advantages that they provide.
Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) listed all SARMs as prohibited substances for athletes.

If you didn’t know, Chestbrah is Australian, he is a strong SARMs supporter and he frequently uses and talks about them even on Instagram LIVE.
As you can see, a lot of Australians buy and use SARMs with no problems. It’s a different story when it comes to supplying – selling SARMs, you need to have the right permission to do that.

Where To Buy SARMs In Australia In 2021
Let’s reveal the companies that I think you should chose to buy SARMs in Australia from.
My criteria was:

Now, let’s go over the qualities, that my recommended companies have. Keep in mind that I couldn’t just squeeze it down to one single company. There were three that perfectly fit the criteria. All of these are great choices for Australians.
Third-Party Lab Testing
Lab tests are super important in the SARMs industry. They are meant to clear up the most common and most important concern – the purity and legitimacy of the products.
If you don’t already know, there are a lot of SARMs companies that sell underdosed, bunk products that are spiked with other substances. In my opinion and experience, most SARMs on the market are bunk, it’s actually sad. Obviously, this is very dangerous for us, because of this, lab tests are very important.
It’s important that the lab tests are done by a third party. This basically means that the company that does the test isn’t affiliated with the SARMs company and because of this, the results will be legitimate.
The three companies that I recommend for Australians all get regularly tested by third-party laboratories. Their results are great and never below a 98% purity. All SARMs companies should have these kind of results but sadly that’s just not the case. I actually fully trust the results that I just mentioned because I’ve personally tried and tested their products.

Sadly, I haven’t tested out their products yet, so I can’t give my opinion on purity.
But, I have done a bit of research and talked to a lot of people who used their products. I have to say, I am impressed.
Their products seem to be very good in terms of quality. The shipping times are super fast because they are based in Australia and because of that, the orders don’t even need to go through customs.
In fact, according to their website, they aren’t just based in Australia, but they make their products in Australia as well.
I have seen some people complain about the price of their products.
But the thing is, their SARMs are much bigger and have more volume than the SARMs from many other companies. So in reality, you only need to buy one of their products to do a full cycle. Also, their prices are listed in AUD (Australian dollars). 100 AUD is equal to about 60 USD. So keeping that in mind, they aren’t that expensive.
With most other companies, you need to buy two SARMs bottles to be able to finish a cycle and you end up paying the same.
Probably the best thing about this company is that they are local (Australian based). Because of this, you wont have to worry about your order getting seized by customs.

To summarize, SARMs Australia looks great and I am looking forward to trying their products out. Their prices are a bit higher, however, than the ones from my recommended companies.
RedBack SARMs
Some of you might know the name RedBack SARMs. They were an Australian SARMs company that closed down about 12 months ago.
The reason that they closed down was that they got a penalty of $15.210 by the TGA. Advertising of Schedule 4 (prescription-only) substances, in this case, SARMs, was the reason for the penalty.
It’s illegal to advertise Schedule 4 compounds in Australia.
According to this Redditor (picture above), RedBack is planning to restart in the future by operating out of China. As of right now, however, this hasn’t happened yet.
Cutting Edge SARMs Review
Cuttingedgesarms.com is another SARMs company in Australia. I think that them and sarmsaustralia are the most popular Australian SARMs sources right now.
Sadly, I haven’t tried out their products yet, so I can’t vouch for their purity or quality. I have, however, talked to some people who have used their SARMs. According to them, they are legitimate and they have had good results with their products.
Their prices look great but as of right now (29th of December 2020) they are out of stock so I can’t order their products right now.
I am looking forward to trying out their products in the future.

Muscle Maker supplements is an Australian company located in Warners Bay, Australia. They are becomming a well known company for Australian SARM enthusiasts.
I haven’t bought / tested their products yet, so I can’t give my opinion on the quality and purity of their SARMs.
A good this about this company is that they are an Australian based SARMs company. This means that their customers receive their packages fast. They also have a guaranteed shipping policy but that doesn’t really matter because they are a domestic company if you are an Australian so that means that you won’t have any problems with their shipment in the first place because it won’t go through customs.
They have a lot of payment methods that the rest of Australian SARMs companies don’t have. For example, they seem to accept PayPal and afterpay. This is very unusual for a company that sells SARMs.

Elitesarms is a SARMs company that was started in Australia. According to their website, however, they are currently based in the USA. They are not that well-known yet but a lot of Australians know them because they originate from Australia
One thing that I really like about them is that they source their raw ingredients from Germany. After they get their raw ingredients, they make the SARMs in the USA. On the other hand, most other SARMs companies source their raw ingredients from China.
Their products are compounded in MCT oil which masks the otherwise bad taste of SARMs.
Some people claim that elitesarms are too expensive. In my opinion, their prices are a bit higher because of the quality raw ingredients that they get from Germany.
I can’t really speak on the purity of their products because I haven’t actually tried them out myself yet. Overall, however, elitesarms seems to be a very decent SARMs company.
What The Future Holds For SARMs In Australia
In the future, SARMs will almost certainly stay as Schedule 4 prescription only compounds in Australia. There is a chance that some SARMs might become higher Schedule compounds. I’m talking about SARMs like YK11 or S23, basically, the ones that aren’t well researched.
So basically, in Australia, you will almost certainly still need a doctor’s prescription for buying and using SARMs in the future.
