RAD150 Review, Results, Dosage | April 2024

RAD 150 is a promising new research chemical stemming from a SARM known as RAD 140 or Testolone.

It promises better results, quicker onset times and even better taste compared to its predecessor.

RAD 150 Review

Research on this chemical is still very limited, so take this RAD 150 review with a grain of salt, as new publications in scientific literature could trump everything we thought we knew about this SARM.

RAD 150 is a SARM that has been produced by adding an ester to RAD140 in a process called esterification.

Supposedly, this increases the strength of the compound as well as its stability, which could mean bigger gains for those opting for this new SARM.

Esterification is very commonly done with alcohol, so it remains to be seen if this new SARM raises liver enzymes due to the addition of alcohol.

Does it basically turn RAD 140 into something similar to YK11 (remember that YK11 has an added ester as well)?

It remains to be seen.

How Does It Work

RAD 150, as all other SARMs, binds to the androgen receptor in a selective manner, which means that it shouldn’t come with all the side effects usually associated with anabolic compounds.

In return, the activation of the androgen receptor increases muscle mass, burns fat, reduces recovery times and helps with overall strength.

Supposedly, RAD 150 should produce even better gains when compared to RAD 140 due to the added ester.

Is RAD 150 Legal

RAD 150 hasn’t been approved by the FDA which means that it’s not intended for human consumption.

This is not a huge thing to worry about, as none of the current SARMs are FDA approved.

Given how slow clinical trials are proceeding, it could very well be another decade or two before this status changes.

RAD 150 is currently legal to purchase for research purposes in all countries of the world, even in Australia, as legislators haven’t caught up with this new SARM yet.

That is VERY likely to change, especially in Australia, so be sure to monitor the laws of your country.

Also, be sure to check out my ‘are SARMs legal’ article if you have any doubts or concerns.

To make a long story short, as long as you’re purchasing RAD 150 for research purposes, you shouldn’t have any problems.

RAD 150 In Sports

While nobody specifically mentions RAD 150 in the WADA and USADA handbooks, they do mention that SARMs are not allowed and that they test for them.

Given that RAD 150 isn’t that different, structurally speaking, from RAD 140, you will not likely be able to cheat your way out of a drug test designed to detect SARMs.

If you’re a professional athlete or are currently competing, stay away from RAD 150 and SARMs altogether.

RAD 150 Benefits

RAD 150 has similar benefits to RAD140, only they are much more pronounced.

Let’s check them out and give a brief description of each benefit.

1. Increased Muscle Mass

Androgen receptors allow your hormones, mainly Testosterone, to influence the body in a way that causes muscle hypertrophy.

RAD 150 enhances androgen receptor activation and therefore increases muscle mass.

We still don’t know if the increase in muscle mass is experienced in a dose-dependent manner, but given anecdotal reports, it is most likely the case.

2. Increased Strength

Given a clean diet and proper exercise, you can gain quite a lot of strength by adding RAD 150 into the mix.

RAD 140 is known for giving insane strength and increasing aggression in the gym.

According to anecdotal reports, that feeling is even more pronounced with RAD 150.

The pump is described as insane and as the weeks go by, your previous lifting roadblocks start disappearing.

3. Increased Fat Loss

All SARMs facilitate fat loss through increasing metabolic rates throughout the body.

RAD140 and RAD 150 are special in this department because they promote dry gains, which make you look leaner than you actually are.

Despite its purported strength, you do have to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat with RAD 150.

4. Decreased Recovery Times

There is no scientific explanation for this benefit but according to user reports, many people feel like their recovery times experienced a turn for the better since starting their RAD 150 protocol.

This effect is especially pronounced in men older than forty, where muscle regeneration starts slowing down due to aging and other issues (lowered Testosterone levels).

5. Increased Endurance

You will definitely experience a surge in endurance once you start using RAD 150.

You will feel more energetic and dominant (sometimes to the point of aggression), which will make your workouts that much better.

RAD 150 Dosage And Cycle Length

Many people who have tried RAD 150 said that they felt it quite strongly in their body and that a high dosage isn’t necessary to yield good results.

Since there are no clinical studies on RAD 150, it would be best to start with the lowest effective dosage of 5mgs per day.

If you notice that 5mgs per day isn’t enough or that you’re not getting the results you’re after, you should definitely bump that number up to 10mgs per day.

10mgs per day is a standard RAD 150 dosage according to anecdotal reports.

People usually cycle RAD 150 for eight weeks, just like all the other SARMs.

Two months is a good timeframe which lets you reap most of the benefits of RAD 150, while experiencing the least side effects.

RAD 150 Half Life

The half-life of RAD 150 is currently unknown.

Some websites claim it to be 24 hours, others say 48 hours but until we get a scientific study showing us the pharmacokinetic properties of RAD 150, we won’t know for sure.

For now, it’s best to assume that it has a half-life of 60 hours, just like RAD140.

RAD 150 Side Effects

One would think that an improved version of RAD140 would yield better benefits while providing the user with minimal side effects.

Unfortunately, that is not the case.

Quite on the contrary, the reported side effects from anecdotal reports sound worse than that of RAD 140!

Let’s take a closer look.

1. Elevated Blood Pressure

This is a side effect nobody ever talks about, RAD 150 can elevate your blood pressure by 20 to 30 points in just a few weeks.

If you’re someone suffering from hypertension, stay away from RAD 150, as it will likely make matters worse.

2. Aggression

This one is quite controversial, as many people enjoy the aggression, feeling of invincibility and even euphoria while lifting.

Others just become snappy and take their frustrations out on their surroundings.

There is a clear distinction between the two and only you can decide which group you belong to.

RAD 150 purportedly elevates aggressive feelings even more than RAD 140, so be prepared to feel a bit on edge while on this SARM.

3. Hair Shedding

RAD140 isn’t that hard on your hair but with RAD 150, it’s quite a different story.

I have heard of anecdotal reports that claimed to have lost quite a lot of hair during a RAD 150 cycle.

However, there wasn’t any permanent damage and the hair grew back once RAD 150 was discontinued.

4. Testosterone Suppression

Any SARM is going to cause some degree of Testosterone suppression.

As far as I’m aware, having talked to numerous people taking RAD 150, it’s somewhere up there with SARMs like YK11 and S23.

That’s not a good sign, as it denotes that you’ll definitely need PCT if you’re planning on using RAD 150.

RAD 150 PCT

As mentioned below, RAD 150 is very suppressive and requires a PCT protocol at the end of your cycle.

If you have never done PCT before, I recommend you read my SARMs PCT article, that will make a lot of things clearer.

If I had to make a choice, I would go for Nolvadex for four weeks after my RAD 150 cycle.

Here is a table to make things a bit more lucid.

RAD 150 Results

Please keep in mind that I have NOT used and that I don’t intend on using RAD 150 until more clinical studies come out.

All I’m doing here is reiterating what my friends, acquaintances and colleagues said about their RAD 150 cycles and the results they got.

You will start feeling the aggression/dominance very quickly after you start your RAD 150 cycle.

Your pump is going to be insane, bolstered by the ‘on edge’ feeling you’ll have to deal with.

Your strength and muscle mass will increase a lot, it’s not too uncommon to lose 5 to 6% of your body fat and gain around ten pounds of muscle, all in one cycle.

Your muscles will feel fuller and will become harder.

Most people start noticing the strength/muscle mass increase by week three and it continues to propagate until it reaches a standstill at week seven.

In the last week, you might feel the effects of suppression starting to kick in.

Most bodybuilders toughen it out and complete their cycle, proceeding than with the aforementioned PCT.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150

According to anecdotal evidence, RAD 140 is weaker than RAD 150, but it also has fewer side effects.

There aren’t that many differences between the two, after all, RAD 150 is just a modified version of RAD 140.

However, if you want a full, side-by-side comparison of the two, be sure to check out my RAD 140 VS RAD 150 article.

Where to Buy RAD 150

I’m going to be straight with you here, it would be so easy to market RAD 150 as this new ‘wunderkind’ SARM and rake in some easy cash.

However, that’s not what SARMGuide is about.

From day one, I was always about transparency and now, seven years later, nothing has changed.

I don’t recommend you use or buy RAD 150, as it’s still too new on the market and we don’t know its full range of effects on the body.

We don’t even know if what’s being marketed as RAD 150 is even the compound to begin with!

My honest opinion on RAD 150 is that it is an enhanced version of RAD 140 with more side effects.

Nothing more, nothing less.

I would probably avoid using it even if it wasn’t as obscure as it is now, as the side effects it harbors are nothing to scoff at.

I hope that I’ve dissuaded you from pursuing RAD 150, but if you’re still looking for pure, tested and most importantly, researched SARMs, check out my recommended list of vendors.

Conclusion

RAD 150 has a lot of hype behind it, but quite frankly, I’m not buying it.

If you’re someone still learning the ropes and are looking for a safer alternative, read my RAD 140 review.

If you want the absolute safest option out there, I would recommend something like Ostarine.

In that case, check out my Ostarine review.
